Wedoo Storycards

Story cards, another product by Wedoo besides photobook junior (which I review earlier) and other products such as canvas printing and photobook. Do check their website for more information. I didn't try other products yet as I wait for offer or promotion :p. My room doesn't have much space for me to hang pictures either, so photobook is my only choice. I too lazy to develop pictures too since the price not worth it, I want the pictures in certain angle or only certain part of it, so photobook is the only way I can manipulate everything. Haha.

Before that, I would like to mention this is a super size deal, so I bought for 4 sets. 1 set contains 48 pieces of storycards. 

Just sign up for new member, or sign in to access the software. 

1. Your works will be show on the shelf.

2. Select the product. Only one selection. Wedoo Story cards (Set of 48). Then you will come to selecting your theme. 

I would like to mention this. At first I choose notica theme and when I got into the workspace, I not sure what's went wrong. The picture occupied the whole card. There is no space to write details. And the side is not rounded. Wedoo staff advised me to choose general theme in the beginning and when I go into the workspace I'm able to choose between general or notica theme.

The theme03 is a new theme. I just realise it. When I redeem the deal, it's not there.

Apparently the theme is more suitable for kids or for some joyous celebration. You can only choose this theme from beginning and the workspace will show 10 designs of cards (see below) meanwhile by choosing general theme, you can access both general or notica theme.

Cute design, I can try it next time if my pictures suitable for it :p

3. Your workspace. Enlarge it for better view. 

You can adjust the picture view. Limited adjustment. It's a disadvantage if the picture is in horizontal. Imagine how much of picture will be missing. What I do, I adjust it become vertical and ignore the caption. A picture speak a thousand words. Remember to save your work before log out!

4. Lastly just click the "order!" button at bottom right of the page. Then wait for it. Delivery charge RM10 per set (Strongly dislike this!)

Personally, it's pretty thick (250 gsm paper) compare to my polaroid photo. They will punch a hole at the corner top of the card and give you a ring to hold it together.

I think this is good for those who always take Instagram photos and photos by handphone. I can't say that the pictures reach my expectations. Some are too dark compared to the original. But I'm keeping open mind as it can print some low quality pictures (e.g pictures taken from Facebook). 

Oh ya, I add two more photobook junior of my handmade items to my collection. Hehe.

I picked all four of my orders from Wedoo because I refuse to pay RM40 for delivery. Besides, I'm happy to get all my orders at same time and after that can walk around Ikea (nearby) for window shopping or just to have food there (I love Ikea food!).

p/s: From the Groupon comments about the deal, it seems like you can request not to have hole punched on the cards. Maybe you can request it when filling the order form.

Chinese Wedding Pavilion 2

Got another order from a friend to make Chinese Wedding Pavilion for her friend's wedding. I couldn't find the dim sum basket I used previously. (Haih, why when you want it, it does not appear? When you don't want it, it keep appear in front of you).

So I get a a beautiful oval box as a replacement, smaller size though. I pour sequins to the cover to make the base sparkling....

It's my ex-secondary school friend getting married today. Congrats, dear! I always remember she approached me when I sitting at the corner of the class. I still a newbie in that school at that time. I miss you so much, my friend >.<

I got this (below) at wedding reception, hihi. I meet some of my friends there, most can't recognise me T___________T (Saya sudah tembam???)

I always like Malay's wedding. Their decorations always so beautiful.

Restaurant Makeover: Cake Shop

Previously I have made a smaller cake shop to my friend. Either she always touched it or the UHU glue that batch not that sticky (emm...), it seems like some of the things start to fall out one by one. She gave back to me and asked me to fix it. And request it make bigger and better...
